Apple welcomes New Year 2011 with a Non-recurring Alarm Clock for iPhone

According to several iPhone addicts expressing their disappointment all the way through Twitter, Apple welcomes New Years 2011 (where ever you are) your iPhone alarm clock won’t perform as it should be. You will recollect an alike bug in iOS when daylight savings time switched on however this is exactly opposite. This New Year’s 2011 iPhone alarm clock bug shows its face to users without recurring alarms.

This denote that any person who sets an alarm only for tomorrow, then he/she won’t be awaken up by the iPhone’s built-in alarm clock application. To stay away from this issue you will have to line up a recurring alarm by setting repeat to pick the days you would like the alarm to go off on. Apple is however numb on this and yet to comment anything on this. It is still unknown whether or not this is only for iOS 4.2.1 only or if it affects past system versions too. Make sure to inform everyone you know is using iPhones!

Update: We recently jog a few tests and the above iPhone alarm clock concern clears itself on January 3rd. You must tag along our steps to stay away from the issue above until then. One of our readers has informed us that the issue is up on his iOS 4.1 iPhone 4 as well (iOS 4.0.2 t00). Let us be familiar with if you witness the issue on something earlier. The issue does not show up to be available on iOS 3.x devices.
